Me and friends found out this blog to insert Google Analytics code to the Facebook fan canvas page. Facebook fan page won’t allow users to insert any javascript code, so the trick is embedding img html tag which point to php file. The php file will do the tracking as usual.

Actually Facebook provide FBML tag to use Google Analytics so you can insert it to your canvas page easily. It called fb:google-analytics, and syntaks might like this:

<fb:google-analytics page="/your-brand/your-fan-page-name-tab" />

You may also create a special tab then move it to wall page to track Wall page with Google Analytics
